Dana was introduced to yoga in 2002 to help supplement her training as a collegiate Pole Vaulter. She was immediately hooked and loved the way yoga made her feel both inside and out. Dana has been a fitness instructor for over a decade. She is a 200 hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and Crossfit Level 1 Coach. In her yoga teaching Dana enjoys creating a welcoming space for individuals to explore and have fun while providing challenging variations and modifications for every level.
